Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Aurum Estates ("we", "us") handles information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, request a brochure, book a site visit or ask for a callback, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, any message, and the project you are interested in. We also record which page or form the enquiry came from, and the date and time, so we can follow up properly.

Cookies

This website uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device. - Essential cookies keep the website working, for example remembering your cookie choice. They are always on. - Preference cookies remember settings such as your choices on the site. - Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it. - Marketing cookies help us measure and show relevant advertising, for example on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We set preference, analytics and marketing cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies, after which the banner will ask you again.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, share the brochure or information you asked for, arrange site visits or callbacks, and tell you about the projects you showed interest in. If you consent to marketing cookies, we may also use them to measure how well our advertising works. We do not use your details for anything unrelated.

Who sees it

Your details are seen by our sales and support team. We use trusted service providers to run this website and manage enquiries, and they may process your details on our behalf. We share them with others only when needed to serve your request or when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as needed to follow up on your enquiry and for our business and legal records, then delete or anonymise them.
